Privacy & Cookies

VersionBridge analyses custom Odoo modules for version upgrades. This page explains what we collect, how analytics and cookies work, and the choices you have. It is a plain-language summary, not a contract.
What we collect
- Account details — your email, and any optional profile fields you provide (name, company, role, country, current Odoo version).
- Module code you upload — stored so we can analyse it and generate fixes. It is processed in an isolated environment, never used to train models, and you can delete a project and its files at any time.
- Marketing attribution — campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags), the referring site, and the page you landed on. These are first-party only; we do not use cross-site tracking identifiers.
- Usage analytics — see “Analytics & cookies” below.
Analytics & cookies
We use two analytics tools:
- Google Analytics — loads only after you accept in the cookie banner. Until you accept, no Google Analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. If you decline, it never loads. You can change your choice any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
- Privacy-friendly usage analytics — aggregate page-view and event counts collected without cookies and without any cross-site identifier, used only to measure overall traffic. Because it stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you, it needs no consent.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.
Who we share with
We do not sell your data. We share only with the service providers that run the product — Google Analytics (with your consent), our privacy-friendly analytics, and Stripe (payments) — each acting on our behalf.
Your choices
- Accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner, and change it later via Cookie settings.
- Delete a project and its uploaded files at any time from your dashboard.
- Ask us to access or delete your account data — contact us below.
